Standard generation costs 10 credits. The new Draft Mode uses significantly fewer credits, allowing for affordable rapid prototyping. High-fidelity 1080p or extended videos may cost 10-30 credits depending on settings.

What is included in the plans?

All plans include access to the Omni One physics engine, native audio generation, and Draft Mode. Higher tiers unlock 16-bit HDR/EXR export, faster processing queues, and Multi-Modal Editing tools.

What happens if a generation fails?

If a video generation fails, the consumed credits are automatically returned to your balance—no manual request needed.

Do you offer round‑the‑clock support?

When do credits expire?

Credits expire according to your subscription cycle. Each top‑up or issuance creates a separate batch with its own expiry, so you can safely stack recharges.

How do I refund or cancel my subscription?

Cancel subscription: Visit your Billing page and click the corresponding management button ("Manage Stripe Subscription" or "Open Creem Portal") to access the self-service portal where you can cancel anytime.
